Soffit & Fascia
The products used on the overhangs can vary from the most expensive clear cedar with bead board or tongue and groove soffit to the more reasonable aluminum soffit and fascia trim. We provide options per spec from an architect or make recommendations suited to your design.
Custom Trim Accents
Most projects we work on will have custom accents like shutters, brackets, columns, flower boxes, louvers and more. We will build or provide almost anything an architect or designer can come up with.
Gutters & Downspouts
ZLC, Inc. installs every type of gutter and downspout including copper, metal and aluminum in standard K-style or half round. The sizes of the gutters and downspouts vary and we will design the proper system to adequately drain the roof space properly and meet your design desires as well.
